Purchase Policy
- Ordering Process: Customers can place an order directly on our website. After filling in all required information, the order will be confirmed and processed.
- Return and Refund Policy: We are committed to providing the highest quality products. If a product has an issue, please refer to our return policy below:
- Eligible for Return/Refund: Products with manufacturing defects (damaged, broken, expired) or incorrect products delivered compared to the order.
- Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.
- Conditions for Return: The product must be in its original packaging, with intact labels, and unused. Customers must provide clear evidence (unboxing video, detailed photos) of the product defect.
- Refunds: With the COD method, if a product is eligible for a refund, we will return the exact value of the defective product via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method, excluding the initial shipping fee.
